Perhaps the most distinctive feature of our firm is the caliber of our people. By joining us, you will work with an extraordinary group of individuals who will support you, teach you, and challenge you. They will become your colleagues and your friends.

Consulting Magazine, the premier publication of the Consulting Industry, has twice featured Princeton Consultants in the last five years as one of the leading “small jewel” consulting companies who “are energizing the profession” by “doing a lot of interesting work, providing exciting opportunities to consultants willing to look beyond the big guns, and having a lot of fun in the bargain.” This highly complimentary feature leads with the following:

“When consulting firms say they hire only the best and brightest, they are usually engaging in a bit of hyperbole.

“Not so with Princeton Consultants. This firm has built a strong practice and even stronger reputation by hiring bright minds from top-notch universities and putting them to work at solving business problems. Never mind recently minted MBAs from the top five business schools. Princeton's consulting talent comes from Ph.D. programs in nuclear physics, chemistry, and other specialties at universities like Princeton, Yale, Oxford, Stanford, MIT, and Harvard.”

"Seven Small Consultancies that are Energizing the Profession in the Land of the Giants," Consulting Magazine, March 2001

In this age of self-promotion and over-hype, we are proud to receive independent confirmation from such a respected independent publication.

Explore New Ideas and Create an Impact

Princeton Consultants is not an “Ivory Tower” kind of consulting firm. We do not rely on business school case studies or management fads to guide our client engagements. Rather, we offer something much more versatile and responsive: problem-solving skills that leverage great technology. Our consultants relish the challenges posed by difficult business problems. They use a hands-on approach that emphasizes creative thinking and client involvement to arrive at practical solutions.

We value creativity, intelligence, and ingenuity. We do not recruit the brightest minds only to have them follow rigid approaches to problem solving.

Our work brings a great deal of satisfaction. With every project, we like to think that we are helping people as well as the companies for which they work. Our solutions enable people to work smarter, faster, and better. Witnessing the impact of these solutions, we gain our own sense of job satisfaction and pride, knowing that our clients can confidently compete in the marketplace of the future.

If you value these things in a career—challenges, creativity, hard work, client interaction, teamwork, job satisfaction—then Princeton Consultants may be the ideal place for you.

Offices in Princeton and New York City

Princeton Consultants' main offices are located in Princeton, New Jersey. Princeton is a beautiful suburban college town with parks and many amenities. Money Magazine's “Best Places to Live in 2005” ranks Princeton #15 out of more than 1,300 communities surveyed.

In Manhattan, we occupy the entire 16th floor of 590 Fifth Avenue. Our offices are built with interior full-height glass walls, near St. Patrick's cathedral, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Rockefeller Center. Because the Princeton and New York offices are approximately 1.5 hours from each other, staff are free to work out of one or both offices, providing greater work/life flexibility.

Community

The firm is close-knit. You will move between project teams, clients, and assignments and build an ever-widening group of colleagues within the firm.

To help encourage the closeness and promote cross-fertilization of ideas, the whole company meets together four times a year at “quarterly meetings” to share with each other what we are doing on projects. We also sponsor company picnics and parties so that families can get to know each other. Many informal gatherings occur ad hoc as people find they have common interests. At Princeton Consultants, you will make more than just money. You will make one of the greatest treasures of all—friends that you will keep for life.
