Our
firm has grown in each of the last three years. Due to this increasing
demand for our services, we have openings in our professional staff for
Analysts and Associates.
Analysts and Associates are both entry level positions at our firm, and
are an integral part of how we perform work. Unlike many other firms,
our Analysts and Associates are full, participatory members of project
teams. You will learn the best practices in consulting by working shoulder
to shoulder with more senior members of our firm on important project
work.
- Both Analysts and Associates are full time positions:
- Salaried W-2 employees
- Company-paid health insurance
- Company-paid Life, AD&D and LTD insurance
- Paid vacation, holidays and sick days
- 401(K) retirement plan with company match
- 5% of salary profit sharing bonus
- Maternity and family leave
- And more
For our Analysts, we provide positions that minimize travel and provide
long-term assignments for key clients. Analysts receive annual reviews.
For our Associates, we provide project assignments that often involve
travel, but pay a $100 per night per diem in addition to salary and other
bonuses. Associates receive bi-annual reviews.
Promotions in our firm are based exclusively on experience and skill
level, as demonstrated on projects for clients. Our 360-degree interview
process will give you a thoughtful, fair, and constructive vehicle for
analyzing your current level of skill, and what you can improve to progress
to the next level.
Upon promotion to senior staff, professionals share in the top-line revenues
of our firm. It is a system that works. Each of our Officers, Directors,
and Senior Consultants joined Princeton Consultants as an Associate or
Analyst, and have worked their way up in the firm, earning positions of
respect with our staff and our clients.
Qualifications to Join Us
We have found that people who are successful at Princeton Consultants
typically demonstrate four basic qualities. If these traits match your
own, if you are a SWAN, then you have the ingredients for a great career
at Princeton Consultants.
We have no “cookie cutter” image of qualifications—everyone
at our firm is unique. We care more about raw ability than specific degrees
or skill sets. But here are some guidelines we use to select potential
employees. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer who is seeking:
- Recent graduates with a strong record from a top academic institution
- because we promote exclusively from within, we are looking for people
near the beginning of their careers who have demonstrated a superior
track record of learning and achievement
- Software development experience or interest - because so much of our
work revolves around improving information flows and decision making,
our projects often include the design and development of state-of-the-art
business software systems
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills - because our
staff works face-to-face with clients from analysis through implementation,
we need people who have outstanding communication skills.
If these guidelines match your skills and interests, then Princeton Consultants
may be a great place to enhance your career.
